Image Licensing & Usage Rights
All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Albert Lewis Photography. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a license to use the delivered images under the terms outlined below.
Real Estate Listings: Images may be used to market the specific property for sale or lease. This license does not include ongoing use for vacation-rental marketing or other commercial purposes beyond the original listing.
Vacation Rentals & Airbnb Listings: Vacation-rental photography includes a perpetual license to use the delivered images to market the specific property as a short-term or vacation rental. Permitted uses include Airbnb, VRBO, other vacation-rental platforms, the property's own website, social media, and direct rental marketing.
License Restrictions: The license applies only to the property photographed and may not be transferred to another property, owner, or unrelated business. Property managers may use the images to market the licensed property on behalf of its owner but may not reuse them to promote other properties or clients.
Copyright & Additional Uses: Albert Lewis Photography retains full copyright to all images. Images may not be resold, sublicensed, or used in unrelated advertising campaigns without prior written permission. Any usage outside the license granted requires a separate agreement.
Effective Date: The usage license becomes effective once full payment has been received. Until payment is complete, no usage rights are granted, and the images may not be published, distributed, or used for marketing purposes.
By purchasing photography services, the client agrees to these licensing terms.
Transparent Pricing
Finding pricing information for Real Estate photography can be challenging since most photographers don't publish their fees. Until recently I kept my rates under wraps too. My new approach is centered around transparency and simplicity. That's why I created the packages above. I believe in making the process as easy as possible so you don't need to fill out a lengthy questionnaire or schedule a call just to get some basic pricing information. Simply choose the package that fits your budget and project size, and you're all set. And when it comes to licensing, I've got you covered with unrestricted usage rights, giving you the freedom to use the photos however you want without worrying about any extra fees.
Licensing Included
Each package comes with a broad usage license that allows you to use the images for any purpose, without any restrictions on how or where you use them. As a result, you have the freedom to
showcase your beautiful spaces in any way you choose, without worrying about extra tees or limitations. The only condition is that you do not distribute or share the photos with others who have not
obtained a license directly from me.
Retouching Included
All packages include standard retouching to enhance the appearance of your photos. This will include compositing multiple frames for more dynamic and visually appealing images with greater depth
and detail, color correction for accurate and natural-looking colors.
Advanced Retouching
For particularly demanding retouching needs, such as removing large objects or intricate cleanup, and for removing minor distractions, such as light switches, motion detectors, power outlets, cords, clutter, dust, stains, and other blemishes on walls, floors, and furniture. I offer advanced retouching for an additional rate of $35 per hour on top of my included standard retouching. If you require this type of retouching, please contact me for a custom quote and estimated turnaround time.
Travel
I'm based in San Miguel De Allende, GTO, MX. For assignments beyond the SMA region, a travel fee will be added to the total cost. For assignments outside of SMA region, travel expenses will be calculated based on the location, duration, and logistics. Please contact me for a personalized quote regarding travel requirements - expenses such as airfare, accommodation, and meals will be invoiced separately.
Payment
I require a 100% payment of the chosen package within 3 days of delivery of the final images — payment can be made through Wise, Venmo, PayPal or direct bank deposit.
